Curly Girl Must-Haves - Design Essentials

It has been a lifetime journey to learn how to manage my curls. I'm still not the best at it because I'm not going to follow all the recommended steps to achieve the same level of curl as the posts on social media. HOWEVER, products by Design Essentials have been a game-changer for me.
The Natural Almond & Avocado Anti-frizz Curl Defining Gel is what I use when I wash my hair in the morning or before an event. The gel provides the right amount of control, allowing me to achieve bouncy, beautiful curls after blow-drying without much frizz. Again, I don't follow all the steps as recommended for us curly girls, so most of the time I don't use a diffuser (who has that kind of time? LOL). So, it's usually not without some frizz, but that's because of me, not the product.
This next product is for lazy curly girl days when my method of preparing my curls is wash, product, bonnet, bed. I use the Compositions Foaming Wrap Lotion when I wash my hair at night and go to bed. This usually produces a combination of curls and beachy waves, depending on how I've lain on my head during the night.
